From Newcastle Airport
If you are familiar with the route through Newcastle, then- drive via the A167 through Newcastle via the City Motorway
- Take the A184 through Gateshead (direction Sunderland)
- At the junction A184/A19 turn on the A19
- Leave the A19 at Junction Sunderland North
- Turn onto the A1231 and follow sign "National Glass Centre / Stadium of Light"
- At the Stadium of Light follow direction Roker / Seaburn ("National Glass Centre")
- Follow road until you see the big roundabout in front of the Marriott Hotel.
- Leave the roundabout at first left and after 200 m you see the Lemonfield Hotel.
- If your are unfamiliar with the route through Newcastle, then use the A1 from the North description
